Review: Lost Souls

Lost Souls Lost Souls by Lisa Jackson
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

I wasn't really thrilled about this book over all. This was my very first book that I read involving vampires. The plot was a good one. I loved the interaction between Jay & Kristi specially when things started to get heated and somewhat steamy! Loved the suspense increasing that was in the story more and more when you get to the end of the story. It actually got confusing cause you have all these different sided stories in the beginning it was non-confusing in the beginning cause you only had 2 different sides then as u read more and more u had like about 3 or 4 different stories and its hard to follow from one to the next. From the get go Bentz & Montoya kinda took a backseat for most of the book until the very end of it all. There were some involvement in the very beginning of the book but faded out of the main spotlight as Kristi & Jay took the spot. There wasn't a dull moment always keeping you on edge wondering and trying to figure out who is behind all of this! The people you think are who they are are not who you thought they were. The two that were behind it all took descend names of two people that have been dead for decades!!

Review: A Prize to Be WON

A Prize to Be WON A Prize to Be WON by Rose Haven
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Drama, Love, Lust in the mind all wrapped up into a short story that makes it hard to stop reading and put this book down. I didn't want this story to end. Rose Haven's pulls you into the story with all thats going on into a different world than what u are living in. This is a great book to week on a weekend if you don't really have time to read a novel length book this is just perfect for a summer weekend read!

Review: Lady Marian of Gisborne

Lady Marian of Gisborne Lady Marian of Gisborne by Ani Bolton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is a short story but it really didn't seem like it tho. There was alot of action going on between Sir Guy , Lady Marian & Robin ! There was even a threat of war on the horizon! Some moments in the book was intense as of steamy as well as on the edge of death and greed. This author can take you on a trip an escape your world! I cant wait to read one of her novels thats not a short story. This book is a good weekend read!

Review: Absolute Fear

Absolute Fear Absolute Fear by Lisa Jackson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

In the beginning it was very hard to put down but with now both detectives love lifes going full swing and the vics as well. There is an adventure mix with Love & horror here and there. It was very interesting to say the least. In the End Montoya & Abby has set the date for their wedding in June and Eve and Cole got engaged and over come the trust issue which was lost at the very beginning of this book but Cole showed her that he still loved her and cared about her and tried to regained her trust which happened thru out the book little by little by the end he had gained her full trust back! It was really shocking how it ended up that they were all somewhat related to one another! This book will keep you on the edge of your chair the entire book! The one that's behind it all isn't the one you think it was. He gets some near misses of getting caught but still gets away! And the things he does is unbelievable evil! For The next book - Lost Souls I hope that its a different story plot than the Our Lady of Virtues old hospital.
